Amok

Isn't it always the same pattern? First some schoolkid runs amok, thereafter the politicians run amok. How sad they don't have the faintest idea of the causes, so they point some "causes" out and then "solve" the problem. Unfortunately, the average politician has but two potential solutions: taxes and prohibition. Should be worth having a closer look at the circumstances. The much more signifcant common denominator seems to me, that virtually all of them had a psychiatric history. I'm not a politician, so I don't claim omniscience, but this deserves a closer look. What the hell happens during these psychiatric treatments?
